We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rotimatic experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your appliance within 30 days of delivery for a comprehensive refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account portal and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely pack the Rotimatic in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the power cord, to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the device to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
