How does the Rotimatic work?
Rotimatic is a smart kitchen robot that uses AI and IoT to measure, mix, knead, flatten, and cook fresh rotis or tortillas in about 90 seconds. Simply add flour, water, and oil to the designated containers, select your preferences on the screen, and press start.
What types of flour can I use?
Rotimatic is optimized for various brands of whole wheat atta. We provide a recommended list of tested flour brands to ensure you get the perfect puff and texture every time.
What is the shipping policy and estimated delivery time?
We offer global shipping to several countries. Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your unit leaves our warehouse.
Is the Rotimatic easy to clean?
Yes, cleaning is simple. The machine features two removable, dishwasher-safe parts that come into contact with the dough. The rest of the machine can be easily wiped down with a damp cloth.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Rotimatic comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We also offer extended warranty plans (Rotimatic Care) for additional peace of mind and technical support.
Do you offer a return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your Rotimatic, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our standard restocking fees and return shipping conditions.
